Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We offer free delivery worldwide over a certain amount of order.

How long will delivery take?

Domestic orders get delivered withing 4-10 working days and international orders get delivered withing 10-20 working days.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Your Order gets sorted and products gets inspected one last time before the final packaging to avoid any post delviry findings and once our inspection team is satisfied with premium quality we package and dispatch.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you get over Email and you can access via your account page as well.

When the order payment is taken of my bank account?

Payment get deducted from your account when you place the order.

What is wishlist?

Wishlist helps you to short list your products or the product which you want to buy but at later time.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

We take full responsibility of our products. You will need to inform us withing 48 hours of receiving the order.

To prove you received damaged order we will need continuous video recording of unpackaging the order packet.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We expect you make your decision wisely. In case you still want to cancel your order please send us email/whatsapp within 5 hours of placing the order.

Orders once processed wont be cancelled.
